Your booth fee includes a full registration for one person (per booth). Additional meals can be purchased at the registration desk during convention.

Exhibit Space: Booth spaces are 8’ wide with a 6’ white clothed and skirted table and one chair; extra chairs are available on request. Electricity and wifi are available for all exhibitors. Please let us know as soon as possible of any special exhibitor needs.
Exhibit space at the MGGA Trade Show will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis with preference given to exhibitors who have contributed additional sponsorship dollars to support the MGGA convention in the past.
Setup: 1:00-5:00 PM, Monday, November 27
Tear down: 5:00 PM, Thursday, November 30
Trade Show opens at 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 28 and closes at 5:00 PM Thursday, November 30.
Please plan to stay for the entire trade show – do not take down your booth before 5:00 PM Thursday!
Leaving Early: MGGA and attendees are expecting your full participation. Exhibitors who choose to leave early will forfeit their booth location and be placed on a waiting list for next year.
No Show: Any exhibitor failing to occupy booth space which has been reserved by the close of the exhibit set-up period, 5:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023, will be held liable for such space at the full rental price. In the case of a no show, the exhibitor forfeits their space and will be placed on a waiting list for next year. MGGA reserves the right to reissue unoccupied exhibit space as it sees fit.
MGGA is not liable for any damages, nor will it refund exhibit fees or expenses.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations received on or prior to November 20, 2023 will be reimbursed in full except for non-refundable pre-registration fee (if applicable). Cancellations after November 20 will be at the discretion of the MGGA.
Positioning of Equipment: Exhibitors must agree to display their exhibits so as not to obstruct the general view or to hide other exhibits.
Security: MGGA will provide security during the off hours of the show. Security will be provided Monday, November 27, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Tuesday; Tuesday, November 28, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Wednesday; and Wednesday, November 29 from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Thursday. Reasonable care will be exercised to provide for the protection of exhibitor’s equipment and merchandise. Beyond this, the MT ExpoPark and/or MGGA, its officers and membership, separately and collectively, cannot accept responsibility for any damage to, or for the loss or destruction of, an exhibit or the property therein from any causes, or injury to any persons resulting from such causes. All claims for any such loss, damages, or injury shall be expressly waived by the exhibitor.
Insurance: Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless MGGA, the MT ExpoPark, and their service agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from the transportation, placing or removing or displaying of exhibits. Each exhibitor shall secure insurance at his own cost and expense. Usually the exhibitor’s insurance broker can arrange, often at no additional cost, insurance coverage desired by the attachment of endorsement or riders to the exhibitor’s existing policies.
Defacing of Building: Exhibitors are liable for any damage to building floors, walls or to the standard booth equipment or for damages caused in any manner. Exhibitors may not use nails, screws, or fasteners of any kind or apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating on building walls and floors or to standard booth equipment.
Fire Laws: Federal, state and city fire laws must be strictly observed. All decorative material must be flameproof or fireproof. Wiring must comply with fire department and other applicable government agency rules and underwriting rules. Aisles and fire exits cannot be blocked by exhibits. No explosives, gasoline, kerosene, acetylene or other fuels or combustibles may be brought into the building.
